HARDEL PROPERTY GROUP ANNOUNCES

$75 MILLION APARTMENT DEVELOPMENT

ON WEST LAKES SHORE.

Property developer, Hardel Property Holdings, has announced their $75 million apartment project on the waterfront at West Lakes in the high growth Adelaide market. The West Lakes Collection is a 2 tower, 8 level development between the prestigious waterfront location and Brebner Drive.  The development has outlooks over the lake and out to the ocean.

The development received final development approval at a meeting of the City of Charles Sturt Development Application Panel last night. The approved design has features never before seen in apartment developments in Australia. Additionally, the two towers have been designed to reduce building bulk while maximizing comfort, views, quality of light, privacy and security.

“We chose to embark upon a significant development in West Lakes due to the strength of the South Australian economy and consequential growth in the property market.

“When you consider defence manufacturing contracts in the western suburbs, the mining boom that is occurring and not solely isolated to the well promoted Olympic Dam mine, a battalion of the armed forces being established in Adelaide, regional status for immigration and a re-booting of the viticulture sector property demand and prices are going to continue to grow.
